This study aimed to develop standards for virtual delivery of mental health services in Canadian primary care.

The project comprised three phases:

1. A review of international literature to enhance our understanding of virtual mental health service delivery.
2. An examination of Canadian policies from various sources, with key considerations discussed in focus groups and interviews.
3. The development of a set of standards for virtual mental health care.
